starrocks版本：3.3.14
操作：docker本机部署starrocks然后通过curl --location-trusted -u root -H “format: json” -T test.json http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8030/api/aaaa/employees/_stream_load命令导入数据成功。 但是通过别的服务器执行同样的命令导入报错。
报错：
curl: (7) Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 8040 after 0 ms: Connection refused。
